Phlebotomy Admissions Requirements:
- 18 Years of Age or Older
- Documentation of one of the following must be presented before enrollment on the first day of class:
-Copy of high school transcripts or college transcripts (copy of diploma cannot be accepted)
-Copy of GED transcripts (copy of GED certificate cannot be accepted)

Payment plans are available to divide the cost of the program over the time you are enrolled. These plans are provided at no additional cost and available to all students. You can either pay in full or fill out a payment plan sheet on the first day of class. We are flexible with payments as long as the full balance is paid before the end
